“People don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it”
Andrea Sipka of Schooley Mitchell (see photo below) will present at the next MCACC Lunch & Learn, a monthly opportunity for members and friends to network and learn about business from a fellow member.
This is how Andrea describes her program: “People don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it” – Simon Sinek, author of "Starting with WHY." Every business talks about what they do, and most talk about how they do it, but to be really successful and attract those who believe what you believe, we have to start with the WHY. In this session we will be digging into what it means to communicate from the inside out and talk directly to the part of the brain that drives behavior. This discussion will be focused on uncovering and communicating your passion and living your personal WHY in business and in life.
