Belmont Realty is a family-owned real-estate firm located in beautiful downtown Belmont, NC, just 12 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte.

I work in a team with my wife, Freda, and our son, Jeremy. Our daughter, Allison Cottingham, is Broker in Charge of Belmont Realty, and she works in a team with her husband, John Cottingham.
