Dr. Hazel Maston, MD is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University and performed her residency through the Cleveland Clinic-Akron General and SUMMA health and was chief resident. She has worked as an inpatient and outpatient psychiatrist and previously has served in leadership roles for NC DHHS as medical director of JFK ADACT in Black Mountain and for Monarch Behavioral Health in the Charlotte area.

Mr. Jason Maston, FNP is a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from East Tennessee State University after a prior career in business and educational administration and development. He has served as an emergency room/trauma team critical care team leader, worked in pain management and substance use disorder treatment, institutional and industrial healthcare, and health risk assessment. He is a provider with ADHD and has a passion for treating and coaching others that do as well.
